Targeted Provision provides education and mentoring exclusively to children and young people who have additional educational needs. We work to attract & retain the highest standard of experienced tutors; providing each student with the needs-matched tutor, fully qualified to meet their unique needs.

We support young people by acknowledging, respecting, and responding to their voices throughout the process. Additionally, we collaborate closely with parents, schools, and local authorities to ensure comprehensive support and positive outcomes.

For Local Authorities

We support local authorities by addressing young people's diverse needs through trauma-informed practices, personalised strategies, and holistic care. Our SEND Specialists collaborate with tutors to tailor support for complex cases, fostering nurturing relationships that underpin effective learning.

Partnering with 92 local authorities and 477 schools, we deliver bespoke interventions to over 5,700 young people. Our services include 1:1 and group support, reintegration into education, expertise in SEND and SEMH needs, examination entries, ESOL and UASC support, and assistance for Looked After Children and those moved out of county.

By involving young people in their learning plans, prioritising individual needs, and continuously adapting our methods, we ensure progress and a child-centered approach to safeguarding, helping each young person achieve their full potential.

For Schools

We support schools by providing tailored assistance for young people with special educational needs (SEND) through trauma-informed 1:1 and group support, addressing challenges like ADHD and ASC. We aid in reintegration into educational environments, ensuring personalised support.

Our team maintains educational continuity for Looked After Children and those moved out of county. We facilitate examination entries and support pupils for whom English is a second language.

Collaborating with local authorities, schools, parents, and young people, we reduce exclusions, increase attendance, and support smooth transitions. Our approach fosters a love of learning and promotes well-being, with consistent progress reporting to keep school staff informed.
