We are offering a payout of £50 for every tutor that you refer to us that goes on to complete a lesson. Please read the terms below carefully.
This scheme exists so we can grow our community of compassionate tutors, expand our offers of support, secure our tutors more work, and reach more children and young people and make a real difference in their lives.
We value every tutor who joins us and believe we only recruit the best teachers the UK has to offer. Our aim is to always ensure we best utilise every tutor’s skillset and provide the most appropriately matched support for our children and young people - we will never overlook one of our existing tutors for work that they are suitable for!
Our amazing community of tutors refers their friends, colleagues, and associates to us all the time, and we are now eager to reward you all for doing so with this new scheme.
How it works
You share this form
Share the link below with any friends / colleagues / associates who would be qualified for our tutoring roles. They enter your name and email address in the form so we can track your referral.
We review their application
If they are suitable, we invite them to interview and to begin our Safer Recruitment process.
We make payment to your bank account
When a tutor you have referred completes their first lesson with us we will notify you and pay £50 into your bank account, subject to the terms below.
Terms and conditions
- Referred tutors only qualify the referrer for a payout if the referral has been made specifically through our ‘Refer a Tutor’ scheme and form.
- We only make payouts to referring tutors who are currently engaged with us and have not been withdrawn, requested withdrawal, or have stopped responding to our communications.
- Referred tutors must enter a name which matches the name of the referring tutor so that we can be sure to make our payout to the right individual.
- Payouts are only made once a tutor successfully completes our Safer Recruitment process and completes their first lesson with us.
- Referring candidates already registered with Targeted - Provision will not qualify for a payout.
- Targeted Provision cannot accept responsibility for payouts that cannot be completed due to unresponsiveness from the referrer / incorrect payout details.
- Targeted Provision’s decision on the validity of any referral is final.
