Share the Opportunity: Why Tutors Should Refer a Friend to Targeted Provision

As a tutor, you already know how rewarding this role can be. Whether seeing your young person progress academically or helping them build confidence in themselves, every session you deliver makes a meaningful difference in their lives.

But did you know you can share this incredible opportunity with others and be rewarded for it? Our Referral Scheme makes it easy for you to bring compassionate, skilled individuals into our tutoring community—and earn £75 for every successful referral.

Here’s everything you need to know about the process and why it’s worth encouraging your friends and colleagues to join us.

Why refer a friend?

If you know someone as passionate as you are about supporting young people, referring them to Targeted Provision is a win-win. Not only will your friend gain access to an enriching and flexible role, but you’ll also help expand our network of tutors, ensuring even more young people receive the tailored support they need.

And of course, you’ll receive a £75 reward for every tutor you refer who completes their first lesson. With no limit to the number of referrals you can make, the rewards can quickly add up!

How easy is the referral process?

Referring a friend is quick and straightforward. Here’s how it works:

  1. Identify a great tutor: Think of a friend or colleague who has the skills, passion, and compassion to make a difference in young people’s lives.
  2. Submit a referral: Fill out our referral form with their details, and make sure your friend includes your name as the referring tutor when they apply.
  3. Onboarding: Once your friend completes the onboarding process, they’ll receive all the training and resources they need to thrive as part of our team.
  4. First lesson: After they deliver their first lesson, you’ll become eligible for your referral reward.
  5. Receive your £75 reward: We’ll send your reward via email shortly after the lesson is completed.

It’s that simple! And remember, there’s no limit to the number of friends you can refer—so don’t stop at just one!

Help us grow the community

By referring your friends, you’re not just earning rewards, you’re helping to grow a community of dedicated tutors who are changing young lives for the better. You’re contributing to a supportive network where young people receive the specialised learning they need, and where tutors like you can thrive professionally and personally.

So, who’s the first person that comes to mind? Whether it’s a former colleague, a fellow tutor, or a friend with a knack for connecting with young people, share this opportunity with them today.
